At Titan Ball Machines, we stand behind our engineering and want you to be completely satisfied with your training equipment. If your machine does not meet your performance expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Machine
Securely pack the ball machine in its original heavy-duty packaging, including all accessories, remotes, and charging cables to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; we recommend keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the machine's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
